# Login

The login page is the entry point to the Ibexa Agentic Marketing Platform. Open the platform URL in your browser to reach it. If you are already signed in, you are redirected to the home page automatically.

## Signing In with Email and Password

1. In the **Username** field, enter your email address (for example, `user@example.com`).
2. In the **Password** field, enter your password. Select the eye icon inside the field to show or hide the characters as you type.
3. Select **Sign In**. If your credentials are correct, you are taken to the home page. If your credentials are incorrect, an error message appears on the form: *"Invalid username or password."* Check that:

* Your email address is typed correctly with no extra spaces.
* Caps Lock is not on.
* You are using the password set during account activation or the most recent password reset.

## Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password, select **Forgot your password?** below the password field. This opens the password recovery page where you can request a reset link by email. See \[Password Reset]\(./Password Reset.md) for full instructions.

## Signing In with SSO

The login page also offers a **Sign in with Ibexa SSO** option for organisations that use single sign-on. SSO login is coming soon and is not yet available.

## After Signing In

Once signed in successfully, you are taken to the platform home page. From there you can access all features available to your role using the main menu on the left.

## Signing Out

To sign out, open the user menu in the top-right corner of any page and select **Log out**. You are returned to the login page. For security, always sign out when using a shared or public computer.
